Overview
You can book your stay as far in advance as the booking calendar allows. Your account will be charged for your stay at the time of booking.
Our refund and cancellation policy: Any booking you make may be cancelled with a full refund within 30 calendar days of the beginning of your stay. You will receive a partial refund of your booking price minus a 25% fee if cancelled 15-29 days prior to your stay. You will receive a partial refund of your booking fee minus a 50% fee if cancelled 8-14 days prior to your stay. No refund will be given if you cancel within 7 days of your stay.
We understand life happens. If an event happens beyond your control and proof of that event can be provided, we will work with you to apply your credit to a future visit.
Gifts
We do offer gift certificates if you would like to give a stay to a special someone. Gifts certificates are non-refundable and do have strict expiration dates and blackout dates. When purchasing a gift certificate, the purchaser and receiver information will be recorded, so they may still be used even if the certificate is misplaced by providing your personal information upon booking.
